§ 5-110. Taxation.

  • The board of county commissioners of such county is hereby authorized to assess and levy a tax, not to exceed one-half (½) mill, against all of the taxable property in said county, for the purpose of defraying costs and expenses incident to the administration of this act [division], and said board is authorized to appropriate, budget and pay out of a zoning fund included within the budget of said county, annually, such sums as are necessary to defray the costs and expenses of zoning such county and administering the provisions of this act [division].
