§ 5-111. Violations.

  • (a)

    Any person, firm, corporation, association or other group or body who shall violate any of the regulations, restrictions and limitations promulgated under the authority of this act [division] shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and punished according to law and each day that such a violation is committed shall constitute a separate offense.

    (b)

    The violation of any of the regulations, restrictions and limitations promulgated under the provisions of this act [division] may be restrained by injunction, including a mandatory injunction, and otherwise abated in any manner provided by law, and such suit or action may be instituted and maintained by said board of county commissioners, by any taxpayer within said county or by any person affected by the violation of any such regulation, restriction or limitation.
