§ 16-30. Cyber-safety training.

All monies collected for cyber-safety training from civil penalties received by a juvenile court pursuant to F.S. § 847.0141(6) shall be set aside by the clerk in a special and separate account titled "cyber-safety training fund" to be used exclusively to provide training on cyber-safety for minors.
