§ 12-169. Authority of board to promulgate rules and regulations.

The board of county commissioners is hereby authorized to establish, by resolution, such rules and regulations concerning the operation and maintenance of any taxicab or limousine service permitted pursuant to this article as they may deem necessary to protect the public health and safety of the citizens of the county. Any failure by a certificate holder to meet and comply with such rules and regulations shall be grounds for permit revocation as provided in section 12-167.
