§ 12-170. Transfers/assignability.

(a)

No certificate of transportation issued pursuant to this article may be transferred or assigned without the prior written approval of the community development director.

(b)

The community development director shall not approve any transfer or assignment of any certificate unless the proposed transferee or assignee submits a new application for the appropriate certificate of transportation which demonstrates complete compliance with all provisions of this article.
