§ 10-21. Exemptions.

The exemptions in F.S. §§ 489.103 and 489.503 are incorporated in this article by reference and shall be exemptions from the provisions of this article. The provisions of this article shall not apply to any certified contractor, as defined in this article, when such person is performing work authorized pursuant to his state contractor certification.
