§ 5-107. Enforcement personnel.

The Board of County Commissioners of said St. Lucie County upon placing this act [division] into effect is hereby authorized and empowered to designate such employee or employees of said board as such board may determine, to enforce the provisions of this act [division] and any order or resolution made under authority hereof.
