§ 8-9. Right to self-service.

The primary guiding documents will not exercise or grant any right or privilege which operates to prevent any entity operating aircraft on the airport from performing any services on its own aircraft with its own employees (including, but not limited to, maintenance, repair, and fueling) that it may choose to perform.

However, individual operators may restrict the use of their exclusive leased premises and each aircraft operator must adhere to all applicable regulatory measures in the performance of any services on its own aircraft.

Further, any entity performing services on its own aircraft must do so in compliance with all applicable regulatory measures, including the primary guiding documents.
