§ 8-7. Conflicting regulatory measures and agreements.

  • (a)

    If a provision of the primary guiding documents is found to be in conflict with any other provision of the primary guiding documents, a provision of any regulatory measure, or a provision of an existing agreement (if provided for in the agreement) or future agreement, the provision that establishes the higher or stricter standard shall prevail.

    (b)

    It is not the intent of the primary guiding documents to repeal, abrogate, annul, or in any way impair or interfere with any existing provision of any regulatory measure except those specifically repealed by the primary guiding documents.
