§ 8-14. Amendments.

(a)

The primary guiding documents may be supplemented, amended, or modified by the BOCC from time to time and in such a manner and to such extent as is deemed appropriate by the BOCC.

(b)

The BOCC may issue special rules, regulations, notices, memoranda, directives, covenants, restrictions, or conditions from time to time as is deemed appropriate or necessary, consistent with the provisions of this Code and the primary guiding documents.

(c)

The county shall provide for public notification of pending amendments to the primary guiding documents in order to provide the opportunity for public comment and input by operators, lessees, sublessees, consumers, users, and the community.
