§ 8-12. Subordination.

The primary guiding documents are subject and subordinate to the provisions of any existing or future agreements between the county and the state or the United States pertaining to the operation, management, planning, and development of the airport and are specifically subordinated to, and to be construed as in accordance with, the airport assurances.
