§ 46-156. Penalties.

(a)

Pursuant to F.S. § 125.69(1), any person convicted of violating the provisions of this article shall be punished by a fine not to exceed $500.00, by imprisonment not to exceed 60 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.

(b)

In addition to the penalties provided by subsection (a) of this section, any violation of this ordinance shall be subject to appropriate civil action in a court of appropriate jurisdiction.
