§ 42-167. Creation; appointment of members; terms.

Pursuant to the provisions of F.S. § 125.0104, an advisory council to be known as the St. Lucie County Tourist Development Council ("council") is hereby established. The council shall be composed of nine members appointed by resolution of the board of county commissioners. The members of the council shall serve staggered terms of four years. The terms of office of the original members shall be prescribed in the appointment resolution.
