§ 42-124. Traveling junk dealers.

Each person who travels from place to place purchasing junk shall pay a license tax of $20.60 and shall, before leaving any municipality, submit to the appropriate law enforcement agency a list of the junk he has purchased, together with the names and permanent addresses of the persons from whom purchased.
