§ 40-166. Purpose of the district.

The purpose of the county sustainability district (the "district") is to accomplish energy efficiency and renewable energy improvements, as well as broader sustainability issues, such as water conservation on residential and commercial properties, by financing such improvements to be repaid through non-ad valorem assessments on the property owner's property taxes.
