§ 40-164. Description of district.

Latest version.

The districts will consist of, and shall include property, within the geographical boundaries of the county; as set forth in F.S. § 7.59, and, if any such property is located within any municipality in the county, such property shall be so included in the district unless such municipality shall have enacted an ordinance setting forth the exclusion of property within its boundaries from the district.
