§ 26-1. Declaration of legislative intent.

Pursuant to the authority granted by F.S. § 125.01(1)(f), the county currently is providing a system of public libraries; and it is the purpose and intent of the board of county commissioners in enacting this to re-create and establish a county public library system and a library advisory board.
