§ 24-210. Imposition of public buildings impact fee.
(a)
Any person who, after the effective date of the ordinance from which this article is derived, seeks to develop land within the county by applying for the issuance of a building permit for one of the land use types specified in section 24-211 or an electrical permit for a mobile home park or recreational vehicle park shall be required to pay a public buildings impact fee in the manner and amount set forth in this article. Nothing in this article shall be deemed to eliminate the requirements of Section 11.02.07 of the County Land Development Code.
(b)
No building permit for any land use types specified in section 24-211 nor electrical permit for a mobile home park or recreational vehicle park shall be issued unless and until the public buildings impact fee hereby required has been paid as provided in section 24-212.
