§ 24-93. Definitions.

The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this article, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:

Capital improvement includes, but is not limited to, site planning, land acquisition, site improvements, buildings, motor vehicles, personal equipment and communications facilities with a useful life of two or more years, but excludes maintenance and operation.

Feepayer means a person commencing a land development activity by applying for the issuance of a building permit or electrical permit for a mobile home park or recreational vehicle park or for a type of land development activity specified in section 24-95.
