§ 24-101. Law enforcement impact fees trust fund established.

(a)

There is hereby established a law enforcement impact fee trust fund, for the law enforcement impact fees collected pursuant to this article.

(b)

Funds withdrawn from this account must be used in accordance with section 24-102.
