§ 22-125. Implementing resolutions authorized.

The board hereby reserves unto itself the power, right and authority pursuant to this article to adopt future implementing resolutions or procedures with regard to the acquisition of properties under the NSP program and the sale, disposition and conveyance of NSP, as it deems necessary.
