§ 20-265. Issuance of certificate of occupancy prohibited until adequate sewer capacity is available.

After the effective date of the ordinance from which this article is derived, no certificate of occupancy shall be issued for any structure in which plumbing fixtures are installed requiring the use of an on-site treatment facility or central sewage disposal system if adequate sewer capacity is not available to serve the structure.
