§ 20-263. Issuance of building permit prohibited until proof of adequate sewage disposal capacity is shown.

After the effective date of the ordinance from which this article is derived, no building permit shall be issued for any structure in which plumbing fixtures are installed requiring the use of an on-site treatment facility or central sewage disposal system unless the developer has provided satisfactory evidence of sewage disposal capacity as set out in section 2-264.
