§ 20-181. Erosion and sediment control plan.

No person may engage in construction activity until a plan has been submitted for erosion and sediment control and such plan has been approved by the county engineer or designee. The plan must address all applicable BMPs for erosion control and shall include a statement that any land clearing, construction, or development involving the movement of earth shall be in accordance with the erosion and sediment control plan and that a certified contractor shall be on site on all days when land disturbing activity takes place.
