§ 20-120. Penalties.

(a)

Violations of sections 20-109 through 20-114 shall be enforced per section 1-83.

(b)

All other sections may be enforced by the county code enforcement board.

(c)

This provision shall not preclude enforcement of this article in the circuit court or as otherwise authorized by law.

(d)

Funds generated by penalties imposed under this section shall be used by the county for the administration and enforcement of F.S. § 403.9337, and the corresponding sections of this Code, and to further water conservation and nonpoint pollution prevention activities.
