§ 20-108. Applicability.

This article shall be applicable to and shall regulate any and all applicators of fertilizer and areas of application of fertilizer within the unincorporated area of the county, unless such applicator is specifically exempted by the terms of this article from the regulatory provisions of this article. This regulation shall be prospective only and shall not impair contracts already in existence as of the effective date of the ordinance from which this article is derived.
