§ 20-299. Rain sensor device.

Any person who purchases and installs an automatic lawn sprinkler system shall install, operate, and maintain a rain sensor device or automatic switch which will override the irrigation cycle of the sprinkler system when adequate rainfall has occurred, as set forth in F.S. § 373.62.
