§ 20-89. Penalties; enforcement.

Any person violating the provisions of this article shall be subject to penalties and enforcement proceedings of the county environmental control hearing board set out in Section 11.13.02 of the County Land Development Code. In addition, compliance with the terms of this article may be enforced by injunction or otherwise in a court of law having jurisdiction over such matter.
