§ 20-58. Statement of purpose.

It is the purpose of this article to promote the water quality and the public health and general welfare of the county, by regulating the discharge of sewage and other waste or discharges from marine-related activities and by providing for regulations for the mooring of vessels, live-aboard vessels and floating homes.
