§ 20-27. Failure of owner to restore property; restoration by county, cost to become a lien upon property.

  • In the event that the restoration is not completed within 90 days from date of notice to the owner as shown by the latest county property appraiser rolls, the county may restore the vegetative growth at its own expense. The cost thereof shall become a lien upon the property of the upland owner upon which such violation occurred.
