§ 16-24. Disposition of legal aid fund.

All additional costs collected for the pro bono legal aid program shall be set aside by the clerk in a separate account to be used exclusively to fund the pro bono legal aid program under the supervision of the county bar association for the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit or its designee.
