§ 10-66. Restrictions on certificates of competency.

(a)

A certificate of competency is not transferable.

(b)

A certificate of competency holder may only engage in the type of work covered by the certificate of competency issued.

(c)

A certificate of competency holder shall comply with all applicable state and local laws regulating the construction industry and the licensing of construction industry contractors and specialty contractors.
