§ 5-105. Zoning map.
The board of county commissioners is authorized to adopt an official zoning map for the county. Such map, together with all explanatory matter thereon, shall be adopted by reference and shall be a part of the zoning resolution of said county. Changes in the official zoning map shall be made promptly following any resolution of the board of county commissioners altering or changing the boundaries of any zoning district. The amending resolution shall provide that such changes or alterations shall not become effective until they have been duly entered upon the official zoning map. The board of county commissioners shall have the power to specify the appropriate county office in which the official zoning map shall be kept and the county official who shall be in charge of recording changes and alterations in such map.
